It is my opinion that you never get over it - you just get used to it.They say "Time heals all wounds," and the gut wrenching pain has finally left. But it is hell being alone.
I miss him so very much. We were joined at the hip, that's how close we were.
He was a combat Viet Nam Vet and I am so proud of him!!!
He was called "Maine Rebel" in here.
