Law may clinch Westinghouse expansion

HARRISBURG -- Gov. Ed Rendell signed a bill today that is aimed at persuading Westinghouse Electric Co. to stay and expand in Pennsylvania by locating its new engineering campus, with at least 1,500 additional employees, in one of three southwestern Pennsylvania sites.

S.W. PA is a beautiful part of the country. I'd work/live there.

the city of Pittsburgh used to have an income tax, IIRC. Of course, Westinghouse site is just outside, in Monroeville, but still - why bother, if one could get one's people in a less taxed location?
