Background:
A few more House races have yet to be decided. In FL-13, Vern Buchanan has won two recounts, but the democrats are threatening legal action to seat 'their gal'. In the past the RATS have have refused to seat elected Republicans.
Which committiees should the GOP boycott (no quorum, no action) in order force fairness, if the RATS try this again???
The ethics committee at a minimum ...

I think you might be confusing the GOP with a party with the stones to take action to fight for themselves. They'll do nothing.

I believe the impeached judge is expected to chair the intelligence committee.

I think you might be surprised. The Republicans have always obeyed the "unwritten" rules of Congress in the past, but now they have the partisan behavior of the Democrats as their model. I don't think they will be as inclined to "play nice" after being treated as they have been by the Democrats for the past 12 years. They do not owe the majority anything, and, with different leadership in the Senate and Hastert gone from the leadership in the House, I hope we see them give the Dems a taste of their own medicine. Of course, the Republicans will not get the same "cover" that the MSM gave the Dems, so it will be up to use to get the word out on who is really at fault.

Why not just Refuse to Seat all the newly elected Democrats in the House and Senate?

it will be up to use to get the word out on who is really at fault. I think they could make an argument the American people will understand - our man had the most votes, he won, case closed. This could get real ugly fast and blow up in Pelosi's "most ethical Congress ever". In a way I dare the RATS to do it.

If they shut down the ethics committee, would anyone notice?

The Republicans refused to seat the S. Dems in the 1860's so why not do the same thing again?
After all, the Democrats pose the same threat to the Nation today as they did in 1860. We are at War and the Dems want to Cut, Run & Surrender.
Refuse to seat the Dems and Save the Union.
