Coming from the Guvnuh, with his history of steroid use, cigar and pot smoking, etc., this is pretty rich.

From one of Schwarzenegger's biographers, Joe Mathews (
article here):
When Pete Wilson's right hand, Bob White, came to visit him on the set of "End of Days" in 1999, Schwarzenegger was cool to White's idea that he enter politics and revive the state GOP. The star instead complained about the party's support for the impeachment of President Clinton. Two years later, Schwarzenegger's political consultants sat him down in front of a camera and asked him to state his views on issues. He railed against partisan politics and laid out his plan for expanding healthcare coverage. After focus groups complained that the plan sounded like something Hillary Rodham Clinton would embrace, he dropped the idea.

From too much junk food and too little exercise to missed doctor visits, Schwarzenegger wants to get serious about shaping up California.

The governor has said that he wants to bring down the cost of care while also expanding services to more of the state's 6.5 million uninsured.

Yes, just more socialism. Redistribution of wealth, 101.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, drawing on his beliefs about fitness and personal responsibility, will make breaking the poor health habits of Californians a component of his much-anticipated health care agenda. More Nanny government.

I guess Schwarzenegger thinks looking like a dumbbell is the right trait for the leader of such a rediculous effort. At least in that we seem to agree.
Once again he is proving that he is not fit to lead.
When he comes up with this s--t, the silence from the California GOP leadership is very revealing.
We don't have a Republican party in California, and Conservatism's ability to right the ship of state is thwarted as a result.

I'd suggest deportation to either Graz or Hyannis.

As usual, in your excerpt, you omitted some key points, that Arkansas Governor, Mike Huckabee (R) had his state pass a ban on workplace smoking, is giving state employees 30 min "walk breaks" (which taxpayers are funding)and they get a $240 discount on their health insurance, if they complete a health risk form (tell the government all about your health and unhealthy habits).
But this would have interfered with your agenda of Arnold-bashing.
