I wouldn't have settled for this little. Both Kaufman and the members of that so-called "ethics committee" should have been summarily dismissed from their positions.

The columnist, Tony Messenger, is a great guy. I don't always agree with his "politics" but he sure knows his stuff when it comes to these kinds of things. He used to write in my home town and has done some wonderful pieces.
