BENTONVILLE, AR, November 15, 2006 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A graphic sex-ed manual promoting lesbianism to teenage girls has been dropped by Wal-Mart only days after LifeSiteNews.com published a story exposing Wal-Mart's sale of the controversial book.

Produced by St. Stephens' Community House in Toronto, the book is titled "The Little Black Book for Girlz: A Book on Healthy Sexuality". Parents were outraged when they learned of the book which gives detailed instruction for teens to engage in lesbian sex acts.

Sorry if you didn't understand the point I was making. I was saying you should not be offended if WalMart chose to advertise to black people. Why, then would you wish to say they couldn't choose to advertise to gays? What business of yours is it to say gays can't buy in the same store as you? What do you want them to do...? Die? Do you really want to face St. Peter with that attitude? Christ told you clearly to love your neighbor. He never told you to attack people. A crusade is a crusade. Some people are on a crusade to destroy America's best success story.

"'outing yourself.'" Do you see clearly what you are now lead into doing. We are talking about a store selling a book, and because I asked you to support allegations about homos in Congress and someone saying that a person at Walmart said such-and-such, you are now saying I must be a person so stupid or dishonest that I don't even know I'm gay. But, you know! I am upset because people are being led around by the extreme left and the wacko-right into attacking WalMart. This is personal to me. I have a medicine I take that is now on their $4 list. Mr. Wildmon and his crowd never once helped me or anyone I know. But WalMart did!

Relax. You need to take a chill pill. I shop at Walmart too. All the time. NO ONE leads me around anywhere. I've never even heard of this man. I make and live with my own choices/decisions, and if I want to comment as to how "I" see things, then it may come as a big shock to you that I am entitled to my own opinion. IOW, I don't have to see things your way. I hope you get well. :)

What a disgusting attitude

I'm entitled to my own opinion, and if you think it's a disgusting attitude, that's too bad. Deal with it. I'm not the perverted one here. Clean up your own backyard < before > you worry about mine. :)

I really do get tired of all of the WM bashers here at FR.

Welllll now:

". . .has been dropped by Wal-Mart only days after LifeSiteNews.com published a story exposing Wal-Mart's sale of the controversial book.

Amazon sells books. When you go to Amazon, you're looking for a book. You don't walk past anything else they sell. And many people don't have a computer, or they're not on the internet, or they don't go to amazon because they don't have a card, or a number of reasons.

Most everybody goes to Wal Mart and walks past the book section, young and old alike. "A Little Black Book For Girlz" is just too eye catching of a title. I'm disturbed that Wal Mart even put it out at all. I know a lot books they wouldn't put out, so they critique the titles.

"walks past the book section"
That's a good point. None of us in this long thread are supporting gays or the book. But a website in Canada started this, even though no store in Canada had the book. Then when we ask for proof that anyone anywhere in America saw this book...poof...no answer. So everyone assumes something printed on a website in Canada, and a similar statement from Wildmon's website in Tupelo, MS is enough evidence to boycott WalMart.
Everyone overlooks the simple response in a free society...don't buy the book if you find it. And, why would your little kid buy a book that you wouldn't know about? Do you let a young child order books off the internet? That is the only place anyone can find it. Plus, when pointed out to WalMart, they stated it is no longer available online either.

You don't know me very well. Either that or you know me too well and are teasing me. Why would I want a Playstation 3 when we've already gone PS2? I hate that stupid thing! No upgrades for us! what a scam!

The suits are Walmarts are not totally ignorant. They saw the damage this could do to their upcoming sales at Christmas. That is also why it will be "Merry Christmas" at Walmart this year. Everyone has their hand out.

Good! Is there any reason teens need a how-to book, regardless of the persuasion?

After all this commotion in this thread, you reminded me of something. Teens don't read anymore! The schools don't teach them how to read this kind of book. We need to go check out the DVD section at WalMarts. Could start a brand new thread.... :)

Some people are on a crusade to destroy America's best success story....

OK, there is so much here...I would not know where to start... and the thing is, we all know the answers to this arguments. We have repeated or seen them over and over in many ohter threds... So why waste the time, I wonder?

But ok let me try to answer your questions. By the way I don't know if you are a homosexual or not, it's not important to me, so if I make a mistake referring to you as one, is only because I am rushing to finish this.

A one time try ok? Of course you will reply and that will be it as far as I am concerned on this topic.

My MAIN desagreement with the homosexual life style, regardless of my personal feelings... is not even "what they do in their privacy" Privacy being the KEY word here, then we would all be a happy family! :) But it is the fact that homos do NOT WANT PRIVACY... But rather make their lifestyle very public, in our face so to speak... and even worse, the unforgivable, PROMOTING the style to attract our young people (You heard all the stories:in the public schools.. the Boys Scouts being penalized for not accepting homos, The scandals in the Catholic Church etc, etc.).

I even know what you will probably say - it's not a secret what homosexuals want now - homosexuals feel they should have the same rights as a man a woman in marriage. (i.e. Marriage, children, same guarantees and benefits and so on and so forth, we know that, RIGHT? :)

The problem is we don't agree with homsexuals on that AT ALL. Homosexuals do NOT have (or should not have and will NEVER have if we can help it) the same rights as a hetereosexual couple. (for all the reason we all know by now).

So, That is essentially what this is all about.

And therefore, every little fight, such as this one about Wal Mart, in effect it has to do with the very essence of the entire argument/fight: "treating homosexuals like non-homosexuals" is not acceptable to our side... Because we know, homosexuals would NOT STOP there!... see? we know where homos are going... and NOW THAT WE KNOW... we will fight them every step of the way.

Every attempt on anyone in any area (business, goverment, religion, etc), to equate homos with non-homos, it is in fact an attempt TO PROMOTE Homosexuals or Homosexual behabior essentially. And since battles like this one are won inch-by-inch, we have to fight you inch-by-inch :)

:)).. So it's really that simple!... so I suggest you and your side to keep fighting for your cause and we will keep fighting for ours. There is nothing else to do.
