It's interesting that your demand that the Alawites be considered to be Moslem is very much in line with Sadr's opinion ~ he's the guy running the Shia militia in Iraq shooting at our troops.
BTW, he's the ONLY Moslem anybody currently credits with arguing that Alawites are real Moslems.

Ah but have you not read Christ's other words about many coming in His name claiming to be Christians, and for us not to be deceived. Course that would require some discernment and at least basic knowledge about what Christ said would be.
To: muawiyah
Then why not enlighten us instead of spreading your usual deconstructionist crap.
Some people try to spread the light...some stir the shiite.
Obvious, eh! Go bother someone else!

Look, it's pretty obvious to everyone that you do Sadr's bidding on these threads when you are here.
Even your claim to be a Christian are highly suspect ~ too many things wrong in the way you apply Christian teaching to various situations.
Then, there's your stream of attacks on me ~ 2 minutes reference to my FR homepage would provide you as much enlightenment as you need.
I won't be surprised at all to find you "coming out" and telling us that negotiations with the nutcases in Syria is exactly what "W" ought to do.

Sorry. Don't have the time to visit your homepage.
It is still obvious that you prefer spreading confusion instead of clarity...yup. Deconstructionist.
That's you.
You're not a muslim, just a confusing element. A deconstructionist.
A liar.
Just go away!

Why does everyone think they just have to get into the act? This is BS. Either stay home and preach or run for Congress or Hollywood.

How do you know we would never attempt it? You have no idea what people here do or have done. You seem indignant that someone would question you. Why? Why are you so defensive? You were last night as well. You have no problem dishing it out. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
I notice some of the same know-it-all - hoilier-than -thou types are out again to trash Rick Warren. It's amusing that you know-it-all types are so defensive when even slightly questioned :-)

"I didn't suggest that they WANT it. I said they NEED it. And I applaud anyone with the courage to try.
As I said in an earlier post, it's easy for us armchair Christians to sit back and criticize behind our firewalls. Eating our own, for shame.
When Christ said, "Do not judge," he wasn't talking about saying when sin is sin. He said not to judge a brother. Who on this thread is so full of himself as to judge Warren's motives when he's making an effort that most of us would never attempt?"
And who are you to judge me?

Well said.
We would all do well to leave that whole judging thing to someone more qualified. I wonder if their was criticism of Billy Graham when he went behind the iron curtain.

No I did not criticize Billy Graham for that trip but I will criticize him any time I get the chance for bringing the Clintons upon on his altar to religiously and politically bless them.
Want to know how Hillry intends to be the next President, she will use these as her path cleaners. Remember love that sinner....

Jesus taught the multitude in parables, only in private did he explain what the parables actual meant.
He said understanding was not given to the masses then, but we this day have both the parables and the explanation of what the parables actual meant.

I know, but it seems so extravagant and overdone

Define "Good News."
That's simple. The Surface Driven Life.
To: taxesareforever
The only reasons why I could see someone like Warren going to Syria is to try to get better treatment of Christians in the muslim communities.
