Lucky for me, I couldn't care less what you might have to say about me. You've proven yourself to be little more than a political hack. I take insults from your ilk as a compliment.
The pubbies are pansies!
I agree with Jonah Goldberg. The GOP has an image problem. The last thing we should be doing is making someone best known for complimenting Strom Thurmond in a leadership position.
Meanwhile, he's busy trying to get an insurance company to pay for something NOT IN HIS POLICY with them!
The status quo Old Guard still controls the party. At this rate 2008 won't be pretty. It appears those at the top have learned absolutely nothing. We need some energetic new faces to lead, not the country club Republicans.
I assume that the GOP and it's aging alleged statesmen are desirous of having the voters to the right of it's center and certainly the conservative base leave and form a party that will eventually bury both the Democrat and Republican parties with ideology and talent.
Good God, what are they thinking? Obviously they are NOT thinking.
You do remember, I am sure, that Trent Lott was a "behind the scenes" coordinator of the Gang of 14....
Where is the new blood...the NEW and IMPROVED Republican Senate and House???
Nice dodge, but we all know you couldn't have done it anyway.
Obviously the Dem and the GOP are in a stupidity race. Looks like they are neck and neck.
Pardon the language, but screw the republican party. Give all donations to the Club For Growth:

Only they will shrink government and expand freedom and retun the Republican party to its conservative roots.
Respectfully, can you say WHAT exactly the GOP Senate should have learned from the drubbing they took last week?
AFAIC, there was no "message" sent by the voters. Certainly there was no clear message about the war in Iraq, as the DBM would have us believe; Lieberman's win proves that. Nor was there any consistent rejection of RINOs (as opposed to conservatives), as some conservative commentators wishfully concluded.
Rather, I think most losses were due to the "six-year-itch" and to highly individual situations in many races.
If anything, the public's perception of "corruption" is now emerging now as perhaps the single most decisive factor, if there was one, in GOP losses. (Never mind that the Dims were even more corrupt, the public doesn't know that.)
I don't have a dog in this fight. But I have to say that if the contest was between Trent Lott and Lamar Alexander, I don't see a lot of difference there.
Neither are fresh faces and neither seems to me outstandingly conservative.
Perfect. The man who could have destroyed Clinton by putting Juanita Broaddrick and Kathleen Willey on TV in front of the Senate. Yep, we need a man without gonads or spine.

Meow. Your claws are showing, dear.
There are other anti-depression brands to calm you down beside Prozac, you may try them as well. Consult with your doctor as soon as possible.
Weel in the end it was the GOP Senate that decided for them to lead him Yes by just one vote but still. They have much more a closer view of the man than any of us do
Please listen to me: I don't like WEAK BACKSTABBING politicians.
Their party or mine.
You won't find me criticizing freaks in the DNC and not the ones in the GOP.
I assume that the GOP and it's aging alleged statesmen are desirous of having the voters to the right of it's center and certainly the conservative base leave and form a party that will eventually bury both the Democrat and Republican parties with ideology and talent.

He can't be a big porker, because we don't own the trough anymore. So he has to do without, and by the way, he has. And has done this in an effort to Win the Senate successfully. He should retire at the end of this term as a hero and vindicated .. thats his best outcome.
No need to eat our own on this one.
