WND jumped the shark when it started promoting intelligent design. But this stupid question is a new low.
The positions of "majority leader" and such aren't in the constitution. The Senate constitutionally has the power to control it's own organization, and if a court intervened it would be violating the separation of powers.

At that point, Snow pulled out a document, but reporters initially didn't know what it was.Wait a minute. A politician's spokesman has a copy of the Constitution? I would recommend getting it to politicians from both parties but then again it wouldn't really matter would it? They haven't bothered with that document except of course when it comes in handy as a crutch to support their immediate causes
