For the MSM almost all Dems are moderates and almost all Republicans are extremists.

I'm suprised that Reid was made Majority Leader considering his involvement in that shady land deal.
To: Sub-Driver
I don't understand how this can happen now. The new Congress hasn't convened. The Congress now is not a 'Rat majority. They've got some new members coming in who haven't taken office yet, and so can't vote on things like this. Is it some kind of symbolic gesture, a sort of rub your nose in it deal? Wouldn't surprise me if it were. Can't expect much class from a bunch of 'Rats.

Was there any doubt that dirty hairy would lead the senate?
None in my view...it pays to be crooked (clintons); it pays to do things behind the back (clintons); it pays to lies (clintons); it pays to do crimes but not the time (clintons)
Good example those clintons left their party isn't it? And there are some out there in our country that think that another Clinton is what this country needs...uuuuuurrrrrggggg

I guess with Dems in control of the Ethics Committee, Dingy Harry's recent little $1,000,000 windfall & omittance from reporting documents will simply vanish along side Murth's Abscam corruption.
I bet Willy Jefferson is even breathing a sigh of relief these days.
To: Sub-Driver
Funny, I thought the MSM elected Reid the Senate Majority Leader after the other Senate Majority Leaders such as Tom Daschle and George Mitchell stepped down in the face of annoying Republicans that actually thought they won elections /sarc

I'm shocked! Shocked, I tell you! Why, didn't we hear that Holy Joe Lieberman would caucus with the Republicans?
Next thing you know, those "conservative Democrats" in the House will be pulling us out of Iraq and raising taxes.
