Having just finished writing 168 stories about George Allen uttering the dread word "Macaca", the Washington Post suddenly realizes that Jack Murtha isn't a very honest man.

well that didn't take very long now did it....
Pelosi lied and the press denied...

The reason that Missus Pelosi wants Murtha the Mouth in that position is to back her up for troop withdrawal...the more people that support her 'list' the better chance she has of getting what she wants done....
If you have a republican senator or congresscritter, write them and hope they can get enough support to stop her...

Gee, did Stretch step in it already? It will be interesting to watch how many times she will soil her shoes without the MSM noticing.

I suggest we start acting like we are concerned Democrats, call her office and say this is not a good move if we want to win in 08.
Then we should flood the TV networks and say, where is the outrage over Murtha, REid, and Pelosi's questionable affairs!

Write to them if they're a democrat as well. You're still a constituent and there's no reason the moonbats should have total control of the dialogue.

Oh the irony, George Soros has participated in bringing some of Murtha's sordidness to light.

From another article on the same subject:
"This is like a high-school election," the official said. "People inside the Beltway will buzz about it for a week, but then no one will remember what happened."
You'd better hope so. So far, it's been getting nothing but more attention. Just wait until the "Hastings bastings" begin.

Ah yes, the facts that everybody in the MSM knew about Murtha for many years come out
just after the election. Of course, these were discoveries they just made [sarcasm off].
Let us now turn our attention to the case of the MSM's Republican golden boy for the 2008 election, the sea green, incorruptible John McCain, Vietnam War Hero. There have been quite a few rumblings in the alternative media, particularly NewsMax, about his psychological instability, problems with his first marriage, and how he treated his first wife, none of which has received any significant MSM coverage. What do you all want to bet that, just after he gets the Pubbie nomination, if he gets it, the MSM will suddenly discover all the horrific details of his health, both physical and mental, and the vile way he treated his first wife, giving him a genuine "Macaca Moment?" Then the Witch will simply walk into the presidency. That's precisely why we can't believe the early polls that show him running strongly against her are in any way a true measure of his electability.

As soon as McCain runs, he will be savaged by the media.
He is too stupid to know it.
He likes being the anti-Bush repub. But once he is running
against a dem, he will be crushed by the media.

$150,000 is not a difficult sum for Hamas or Hezbollah to raise. Hastings should be a major issue for the rest of the year. I hope the GOP makes the Dems bleed for this.

Let the Games begin! Indeed. Unless we are pretending to be Democrats (such as MrRights has suggested) we need to let the Rats destroy themselves. So Murtha becomes House Majority Leader, then his scandals become juicier for the press. If not, then fratricide amongst the Rats starts before they even officially take power in the Congress.
It should be an interesting two years, one that dramatically improves our chances in 2008 (sorry, but 2000 and 2004 were just a bit too close for me), as America sees that the Rats are the gang that can't shoot straight.
