I never said he could. I just cant stand listening to people try to paint giving illegals citizenship as anything other than a reward. On top of that you want to give mexico an even more massive preference in our immigration policy than they already have while leaving the huge impediments to immigration from the rest of the world in place. You shouldnt even try to sound tough yet pragmatic when that is your position.
