It slays me to read FR critics bitching about navigating FR. Here's one DUmmie's take:
Freeper threads: How in the hell do you read them? I really don't get it. At all. I know the replies don't tab in to each other, so you can't see who is replying to what, but there seems to be something more to it that I must be missing.
This presents me with a quandary: do I explain how to do it to illustrate how stupid they are, or do I leave them to their ignorance (lest more be attracted here to read)?

I've found that the implanted chip has been a real time saver and has increased my FRefficiency. Now I receive my pings at all hours of the day or night and there aren't any activities that interfere with FReeping. I'm hoping I'll be accepted for beta testing the upgrade that will allow me to pilot a predator drone over liberal areas of the country to help with surveillance.

You know, that's an interesting question. There are a couple of possible outcomes to them visiting here.
1. If they spend enough time here, we may be able to influence their thinking. Yes, some of them do think. I know it's hard to imagine, but there may be some limited signs of intelligence there. A kind of early lifeform, so to speak.
2. Would having them here add anything to the discussion? The answer to this is clearly "No", unless one is easily amused.

Oh, the poor thing, lol. "To #" and "View Replies" apparently just blows her little mind.

Leave them in ignorance. It's their natural state. If you disturb that balance their heads might explode ... coating the neighborhood with a harmless white powder. ; )
They are awfully busy debating spelling right now. That should keep them busy for hours.

It slays me to read FR critics bitching about navigating FR. I hope FR never changes. I hate sites where you can't link back, most posts are answered with smilies and the dreaded green slimy thing just bounces into cyberspace. YUK!!

I saw that too. I find their site difficult to look for stuff. I don't know how the DUmmies Funnies people do it. I only tend to look in latest news for examples of lefty madness.
