I suggest Dr. Sentamu should be our next Archbishop of Canterbury. ;)

His attack on the BBC reflects growing unease over the corporation's pro-Muslim agenda. Dr Sentamu said: 'We get more knocks, they can do to us what they dare not do to the Muslims. We are fair game because they can get away with it. We don't go down there and say we are going to bomb your place. It is not within our nature.'
The guy sounds like a straight shot. Refreshing to hear basic facts instead of propaganda.

I definitely think he needs to take over as Archbishop of Canterbury - with him and the Holy Father, the two main Christian faiths of Britain would be in "lock and load" mode.

That people are scared to even discuss Islam's dress code for fear of bombs going off should tell all these knuckleheads the kind of people we're dealing with. But Pelosi and her clan will be having endless panels on how WE can accomodate the poor Muslims, who have to endure our brutish culture.
Ack, I'm gonna puke!

Its one thing that people wear what they like and quite another when people are FORCED to wear what they wear. If you put restrictions on dress code, where would that leave the fashion enthusiasts?
What's important is how to counter this form of repression as many of those using this strict dress are either forced or brainwashed to do so.

Sod them. The Muslims don't understand that the British public's patience is at an end. If John Reid becomes our next Prime Minister - possible - then expect them to squeal like stuck pigs.

He and the present archbishop, who is no conservative, have been strong in their view that there is a bias against Christianity in England today.
Amen to both.

I think in the British context it renders you less secure because you stick out and it brings unwelcome attention. If some scruffy-looking, unwashed, nose-lip-eyelid-bellybutton-pierced, neolithic exhibitionist can roam the streets unmolested, people fearing to do something so insensitive as to disapprove, I don't know why a modest, god-fearing woman can't wear a veil.
The Archbishop of York . . . also says the BBC is biased against Christians because Anglicans don't threaten to 'bomb' the corporation.
Ive always wondered when an Archbishop Turpin type would say, enough is enough! Don Sentamu, let us see that cuirass glisten on your bosom's swell. Smite that corporation some old-fashioned corporal punishment.

I don't know why a modest, god-fearing woman can't wear a veil.It has become a political statement of hostility to the overriding values of this country. The exhibitionist is a loon too, but at least his / her / it's ideology is not to impose Sharia and chop people's heads off.

Islamic women should not wear veils in public and bank robbers shouldn't wear masks.

I like this guy. He says the obvious. The ANglicans are civilized and that puts them at a disadvantage when the response to brutishness is to capitulate.

Muslim communities belong in Muslim countries.

You know, I could not possibly care any less what anybody in the C of E says about anything. Particularly when the
C of E states its approval for "Schiavo'ing" newborn babies:
The Church of England believes doctors should be given the right to withhold treatment from some seriously disabled newborn babies in exceptional circumstances, The Observer reported. The view comes in a submission from the church to a British medical ethics committee looking at the implications of keeping severely premature babies alive through technological advances, the weekly newspaper said.
After that, what the C of E says about anything just doesn't really matter anymore.

Good for the Archbishop. Someone with guts steps up in the country of England. I thought they all had disappeared.
