Karpinski to be witness for presecution in German prosecution of Rumsfeld
She will not be a witness because there will be no trial.
To: mrsmith; Maceman
And she doesn't even have the threat of criminal prosecution in the US, like Ollie North did...

Oh trust me. The ""fallout"" hasn't even begun to fall YET! I hate to sound like a D&G'r (doom & gloomer)...but....in this case, I'll make an exception.
I predict that the entire fallout from this 11/07 Day of Leftist, RINO & anti-RINO Stupidity will probably stun and amaze us all, before the end of this decade. Take all the 'worst case' scenarios we've gone through and multiply that by ...say....ten.
For instance, instead of tamping the anti-American rhetoric down, now that the lefties are in control, the Muslim extremists are, in their newly emboldened state (we knew that would happen), making fresh threats against the White House. Maybe Nancy Fagosi needs to inform her buds over there in the ME that she might be inadvertently caught in that 'freedom fighting pay-back attack' too...and therefore, they should wait until she and all the leftist DemRats are safely away at some OTHER spot out of state. And then, when we see all the Rats fleeing DC, we'll have a pretty good 'heads up' as to when that attack will occur, since we sure as hell won't be able to spy on their communications any more!
___
Another fall piece of fall out from America's day of abject stupidity, November 7, 2006 a day that will live in the hall of fame of Americans' dumbest moments.

Thank you. Quite awhile back I read an excerpt from her book. She make it plain in the excerpt that she despised Rumsfeld, pretty much blamed Abu Ghraib on him, although she was there and he wasn't. Go figure. She's a whiner.

I'm sure some liberal front group is giving her a suitcase full of laundered cash.
Funny how the media plays up on her being a former commander but they don't say anything about her being fired for incompetence.

Good evening.
"I don't think that Germany is going to do anything at all with this, except let it die a quiet death."
Didn't German courts release some murdering terrorists recently?
Hopefully the German Government is starting to understand the danger they are in, but I sort of doubt it. I am surprised that the actions weren't filed in Brussels, though.

7 Nov '06: the day America was snookered, another day, not the first, not the last. Fortunately Alqaida is even stupider and stated their intent to keep going in their ridiculous and pointless war. Fortunately, because they could have shut up about it and got in another sucker punch later, unfortunately because it isn't over, not by a long shot.
