recall how The Perfumed Prince Wesley Clark tried to start a war with the Russians in Kosovo. IIRC the Demonicrats (e.g.. Kerry) were also at the forefront of sticking it to the Russians any way they could back in the 1990's when Russia had just thrown off the Soviet yoke.
Remember that the Rats also almost started a war with China as well. (even though they sold classified weapons to them and Russia)
