However, I am under no illusions. The Democrats would love to have the first women in history be Speaker of the House, which is why Pelosi will fight so hard for this position.
I still think that it would be unbelieveably wise to ask Cheney to step down(not because he isn't qualified)but put Condie as appointed Vice President(first woman, first african american) and her credentials and qualifications are superb!!It may sound crazy, but I like my martinis shaken, not stirred!
