Here is my irrelevant response to an irrelevant post about an irrelevant man.

Useless is as useless does. With Chafee' name of 'Lincoln' you could probably hook old Abe up to a dynamo and light up the Capitol.

Does anyone know if Chafee can immediately be stripped of his committee assignments? Can Frist remove him at this stage, with weeks left in the term?
The only way the Bolton nomination moves forward is to get Chafee off of the committee.

"Chafee said his loss may have helped the country by switching control of Congress."
That quote tells you all you need to know about Lincoln Chafee.
To: NYC Republican
Not to me.
I'm glad he didn't win so that he could turn-coat and sabotage a tight balance!

He was never a Republican, Much as I dislike the democrats it's nice to see this churl lose to a democrat.

What a blanking loser. Reminds me of John Lindsay, failed mayor of NYC, who flipped parties just as NYC was settling into 20 years of Democrat dominance and constant decay until Ed Koch stopped the decline and Rudy finally reversed it.
With all this talk about "Realism" returning to our Mid-East policy, where's is the "realism" when it comes to dealing with these RHINOs like Chafee and Spectre?
To: NYC Republican
My question is:
How can we expedite this?

We are stronger without him. He should have been ejected years ago.

Is there ANY doubt this scum would have bolted if he had won, and it was 50/50? Absolutely none. If he were smart, he would have bolted before this year and run in the Democrat primary. He would have won re-election handily.

When he leaves, he should have to change his first name.
