Yeah, those Boston yankee types are a bit, uh, cold. The city does have some interesting places to visit, though. Our #1 son just got his first real job out of law school, and bought a condo in Somerville. He loves riding the T and visiting other friends in the city. It would be great for a single person, or a couple with no kids, but I wouldn't want to have to raise a family in the city, though I have friends on our state homeschool network who LOVE living there.
