..I too, was thrilled about that. I fear however that the SC will overturn them. In MA today, we are waiting to see if they will finish the job of abolishing the state constitution and adjourn without voting on the citizens petition for an amendment. The homosexuals threatened them that they better do just that. Only 25 votes are needed, and bets are that they will not allow a vote, essentially killing the amendment...

Oh this is long BATTLE no question about that... But it shows that their PR machine did not convince the voters. Did you see what happened in CO?... 2 propositions... people responded beautifully.

On the other hand, Arizona was a surprise!... I wonder if there is a connection to Weasel McCain...:)

From a friend in AZ, they are counting the absentees-there are quite a few. The race is quite close, so it ain't over.
