Armageddon! LOL! That's part of the urban legend / joke that begins with: "In retrospect, lighting the match was my big mistake...", right?

Firecrackers don't launch. Well, that all depends on whether they have the proper gases to propel them...
Never mind...

LOL! That's part of the urban legend / joke that begins with: "In retrospect, lighting the match was my big mistake...", right? I can't remember how it begins but it definitely involves 2 homos and a hamster and a methane explosion. It's funny how many people recognize that from just one word. :-D

The incident took place on November 5, when Britons light bonfires and let off fireworks to commemorate a 17th century plot to blow up the Houses of Parliament. A plot to destroy Parliament? Hmm... for some reason, I find that story inspiring.

...after sustaining internal injuries including a scorched colon. It isn't just the injury. It's having to use an industrial power ram to get the ice cubes and ointment into place.
...or so I've heard...
To: samtheman
That's gotta hurt.
Not as much as you'd think. There aren't many pain receptors internally. Most pain in the gut comes from stretch receptors being activated. Gas or very large objects can do that. I guess it depends on the size of the rocket.

I was wondering if he was trying to give the firework a gas powered launch before it.....uh....detonated.

Amazing. When did that happen? I never saw anything about it, so must have been hibernating.

I think I'll continue on blithely fearing firecracker colon pain and never put it to the test.

The fallout was incredible. Did you notice the melted alloy wheels on the vehicles?
I don't know where the footage originate from on the Youtube link. I know of at least one Delta blowing up but it was aborted further afield and occurred in the early stages of the rocket's development. IIRC, the explosion occurred at Vandenberg, and it was over the ocean.

Wow. I don't believe I've ever heard that phrase before. Zero hits on Google for "scorched colon". Truly amazing, when you think of all the really bizarre word combinations that DO produce hits.

Is that the same one...? Oops. It wasn't me. Society's to blame. My parents made me eat brussel sprouts. The dog ate my homework. I'm the victim here.
