Something else burns me up the more I think about it. There is no way I would ever invite Muslims to celebrate Ramadan or any other Muslim occasion in my house.
As a childhood I was taught the White House is where the president lives, but it was America's House. I am outraged President Bush has initiated annual Ramadan celebrations in the tiny bit that is my White House, and know damn well I speak for all my ancestors before me.

He talks glowingly of Islam, but doesn't seem to mention Christianity much. I also don't see the WH celebrating any Jewish holidays, for that matter.
It's one thing to wish someone a happy Bombadan, but another entirely to celebrate it yourself.
