Sorry, Rush, that dog won't hunt. Some very solid conservatives went down big time. Santorum. Blackwell, DeVos and otehrs. It's wasn't the lack of conservatismn. IT was problems with the top. Note that Blackwell was badly hurt by Republican corruption in Ohio.

I have to admit I drank the Rush cool aid about the polls being either liberal media wishful thinking or campaigns of demoralization. I'm a little disappointed at the moment.

the 2008 election will be the tipping point there - if Hillary wins, there is going to be a mass exodus from the military.
and I can't blame them really.

That looks like a magazine ad photo for some new line of Afghani freedom fighter clothing.

With Mark Dayton retiring and Lincoln Chafee defeated there was an opening for the Most Clueless Senator and Pennsylvania had to fill it?
How true that is! Thanks, Ali--that was one of my few chuckles of the day.

Not just Iraqi. The dems will sell Iran a free-pass to nuclear weapons. And the religion of peace is celebrating.
At home the dems will drive the economy into recession for hillary.

I tend to look at this election as a loss for my country, not for my party.Agreed. Kind of a cruel irony, but if Jon Carry got elected two years ago last night as we know it would not have happened as it did.

IT was problems with the top. I think so too.
The best thing to do at this moment is to do an honest assessment of what happened and fix it.
To: Mo1
It is crazy.
I think talk show hosts are hesitant to say the public is ignorant and uninformed.
And that the MSM are keeping them that way.

The worst mismatch is in New Mexico. Madrid is an idiot who was out-debated and out-classed by Heather Wilson. Yet that race is too close to call. Hatred has trumped principlesStill too close to call, but Heather's ahead and likely to stay there.
CD1: Wilson 100,027; Madrid 98,724 (NM)

Two more years of bashing the President for not being conservative enough. That ought to do it!

I didn't say he was accountable to me. I am just expressing my distaste at his offensive behavior.
