:-)
He governed exactly as he said he would, regardless of who voted for him.
He was elected twice by "conservatives", remember?
Don't remind me of her.
Ugggggg.
That gloating face is an image I do NOT want in my head!
Grab the feed and play it. Break into the feed. Pull and use the live feed instead of doing the usual on the show.
ugh, LOL, of course I meant Commander in Chief ;)
Wow, I had the opposite impression and saw a man who would try and work with the dems up to a point. If he has to abandon his principles in order to get along, than NO DEAL.
NO NO NO NO
When Rush says "JIP" he means Join In Progress.
No-- KICKING YOUR BASE IN THE TEETH is a BIG MISTAKE!
why do you support that kind of behavior?
The GOP is fast becoming all the things we hate about the Libs.....and ELITISTS is on the top of that list....
It's more then a thought. The Pubs are going to have to rebuild, there is no doubt. They lost because they lost FOCUS. They lost focus because they were being undermined from within. They will continue to lose until they understand that turning their backs on the people who put them there is a bad practice. Now, I voted yesterday. I held my NOSE voting for the RINO they put up. However, I firmly believe those days are over. The leadership needs to get back to it's conservative roots and put forth conservative candidates. Until then, they can stay in the minority. RINOs put us here, and here we can stay until they put the RINOs behind!
with declaring a fairness doctrine, unconstitutional based on 1st amendment grounds. you trust we have 5 SCOTUS votes for that? I don't.
Then why did the dem who beat him run on immigration too?
eeevil, it appears that you have issues regarding the GOP that have nothing to do with any of us here. Calm down.
Food for thought, thank you.
Actually I don't think it's self-drpracating on your part, more like self-pity about a self-described chatacter flaw.
re: That Press Conference [Mark R. Levin]
Warning to the White House: Nixon tried buying peace with the Left. Hence, we have the EPA, OSHA, affirmative action, etc., and it didn't work. (Yes, I know Bush doesn't have Nixon's ethical issues; that's not the point.) Bush is misreading them. The libs want the White House in 2008 and their tactics the last few years will be seen as effective now that they won Congress. Dumping Rumsfeld, a higher minimum wage, etc., will buy the president nothing. Rather than move left, the president needs to move right. And if he doesn't the Republican party must - without him.
It really becomes a question of "to thine own self be true"
If we REALLY think about it we HAVE to realize that the democrats had to resort to being conservative in order to be viable.
For example, look at the person they pushed on santorum, he had to run as a conservtive.
Also when it comes to iraq, we really have a MSM that is pure traitors. Last night Fox news became unwatchable. Shepard Smith was a joke, Kristol was a elitist beltway snob who was happy to have his drinking buddies back in office.
NONE of them have any clue how just plain UGLY the rest of the world is. Kristol would not survive two seconds on the real street out side the USA. Within 5 seconds some moslem would have his head at the end of a rusty knife.
Yeah right... good try. Happy one month anniversary.
If that's the case then you're admitting that he DID lose credibility because, as he said himself earlier today, yesterday was a result of running as a party and NOT running on an ideology. If Rush was protecting the PARTY by not criticizing it then he's just as "guilty" for yesterday as anyone.
I love Rush and have listened for years. I think there's more to this than he's giving us right now. Between yesterday and today he's like night and day. He should have been talking this way all along IMHO.
