You are kidding, right?
I have to agree with you....ya know...i'm not all that disheartened tonight....i hope FR doesn't get hysterical and implode....gridlock is on its way and the pubs may pull a pair out of the safe they've been keeping them in for the last few years, tie them back on and actually give the dems hell like they did up until about 1998.
I agree with your statements, rcr. Still this may well be a typical occurence for the 6th year of a double adminstration, as someone has said. If the Demoncats continually try to press for impeachment, they'll probably make all the non-Communist voters who voted for them change their minds.
Count the dead votes and the others gained by voter fraud. Lack of gonads in GOP did them in.
Let the Do-Goodery begin.
I've been missing most of the coverage. What is the projected margin for the Demos?
I hope I'm not repeating myself-
Welcome to Amerika.
Pelosi's Amerika...
Right now our blue friends have a 21 member advantage in the house. Meanwhile, they need a small miracle to take the Senate.
We have lost, but it is not the end of the world. We must learn from our mistakes that caused this situation and correct them. If we do that, we will win in future elections.
We can scream now, but after the next few days we must get back to work!
All his political capital was gone by the time of the Schiavo bill
"They also need a few issues that will really galvanize middle class America."
True, but what?....I for one look forward to gridlock, if it happens...
That is a helluva swing. Didn't we have a 19 seat advantage before?
I think they should take a really strong stand against illegal immigration and they should take a strong stand for border security.
They also need a few issues that will really galvanize middle class America.
Manufacture another Watergate and kick Bush out of office, then pull another Vietnam 1975.
They're already talking about impeachement hearings.
Well, as you are living in the reddest of all states, I am living in the bluest of all states----New York and you obviously know by now who we elected. This evening has been a major downer, all across the board.....This I am afraid will be a green light for the wack jobs and terrorists to come out of the woodwork and inflict their evil on society, God help and protect us all./Totally Bummed Out-Seoul62..........
on NPR they said alot of the new democrats coming in are much more moderate then the liberal democratic leadership
I'm incorrect. Its only a 13 seat advantage at this moment for the dems. They have gained 21 seats thus far. At least, thats what I see.
No it doesn't.
4 conservatives, 4 communists and 1 middle-of-the-roader means it's a split court. And even if the GOP hangs onto the Senate, expect a huge confirmation fight when Stevens dies.
