The AP has already said Rick Santorum's 12-year Senate run is over, but his campaign is denying that -- and raising lots of complaints about voting irregularities. According to the AP, state Republicans asked Pennsylvania Secretary of State Pedro Cortes to investigate what they said were instances in at least 12 counties where voters allegedly tried to vote for Republican candidates but that the machines reflected Democratic votes.
Santorum's campaign said voters complained that votes cast for the Republican were registered on computers for his Democratic opponent Bob Casey.

The cities always report first. We just took our tallies to the court house and we were one of the first precincts there.
Santorum may lose but it will be much closer.
Your on the wrong forum .
Yes, REALLY.
Santorum's been declared the loser.
Your sources are way behind on this.
Is that a Chicago Bears jersey on the kid with the machine gun?
Check this out by county..and then say WTF

Ok...fine. Then the entire state of PA is wrong.
Here's where I got the info -

c-span just said santorum is going to come to the podium to speak.
We do. Very often, when Drudge has a bizarre news story, I say to myself, "please, I hope it's not Pittsburgh." It often is, or nearby. Philly has some "winners" too ...
The final numbers aren't in yet...and there is no way to know for sure if the Dem cowards will have the votes to hand terrorists a victory in Iraq.
Some of these numbers are very strange.
Several counties were still voting at 9 pm. You're awfully *ahem* "turgid" about Santorum losing so early in the count, considering FOX has pulled their exit polls due to bias. Don't let your anti-Santorum bias and disgruntledness get the better of you.
Those are upstate too
I would expect those numbers closer to Philly but not up there
what gives with those high numbers
not surprising if you consider one of their flunkies having called Pelosi Madame Speaker "just" a few hours ago.
Santorum is hopelessly behind. HE LOST.
CASEY, BOB JR (DEM) 211,219 69.1%
SANTORUM, RICK (REP) 94,581 30.9%
??????????????????????????
The results are not all in yet.
We won't know everything until tomorrow.
I'm still optimistic that the damage will be minimal.
IF control of both houses is lost, its because Bush and the Republican majority failed to deliver on their promises, and the administration converted what should have been a massive search and destroy operation into what Bush promised he never would do - nation build.
Its because Bush failed to come down hard on mavericks like McCain, and because of his incredibly obtuise posture on illegal aliens.
But, like I said, it still isn't over yet.
What happens in Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts is irrelevant - they were never Bush states anyway.
As for DeWine, Chaffee and Kean, they were or would have been, mere chess pieces to maintain control of the Senate Committees. Hopefully their losses will be replaced by more worthy candidates.
As for Santorum, a lot rides on local issues and my guess is there is more that meets the eye here than party affiliation which conmttributed to his defeat - IF defeated he is.
I was stuck in WV before and they have real "winners" also.. LOL
Rick's polling is better than anything the MSM has. This sounds good.
