Yep, and I'd say McCain has a very good chance of beating Hillary and probably a slightly better chance than Rudy when all is said and done. But the key issues are Iraq, Iran, and immigration. We have to get Iraq into better shape by 2008 and deal with Iran decisively. Then Bush has to work something out with the new President of Mexico so that Mexico develops its own economy and doesn't send so many people up here to find jobs. 90+% of Mexicans are good people but the problem is they register overwhelmingly as Dems and we are steadly being outnumbered in the GOP.
