In other words, headed for recounts. Who is leading at 100% really doesn't mean as much.

I was looking at the precincts that were out.

There are 20 - 3 in Prince William, 1 in VA Beach, and 1 in Loudon. The rest are pretty rural areas. I don't know where CNN gets it numbers.

There will be a recount. I think the absentees should put Allen over the top.

Thanks for the updates, I don't post often but I lurk a ton, and tonight I have seen a LOT of DUer's posting on this forum. They get a pass here but if we did vice versa we'd get slammed.
