Thats reversed, SOS still hasnt even updated there site, yet Allen has more votes than what you have listed.
Believe this is wishful thinking by the dems...
This is automatic recount since it is triggered if 1% of the total vote separates the two. We won't act like the Dems in 2000 though. We'll abide by the rules and if the recount holds the lead for Webb and there is no proveable fraud then we should live up to our 2000 mantra - Rule Of Law established before the game and not creating new ones afterwards.
Oh man, that's so close it's easily within any small errors in tallying the votes. Even including electronic votes with plain old glitches in their individual counts.
It might come down to a vote in the Senate as to who to seat. That could get ugly.
