For the life of me, I can't figure out how anyone could reasonably expect to control the internet in an age of wireless technology.
I think Iraq has bigger issues now than controlling the internet. And you're forgetting that next to regulating everything, Dems will take your guns too. Do you really think Americans will take to the streets with guns if the net gets regulated? I don't.
