I agree. Sucks to lose, but I refuse to melt down online about it like a DUmmie.

My take on it was that the R's wouldn't have a snowball's chance to win the presidency in '08 unless Nancy Pelosi got her wish tonight. I stand by that.

What's really disturbing, though, is the utter degradation of civil society in this election. Absolutely no seriousness from the media and precious little from the politicians -- of either party but especially the D's.

We're headed for a bad fall, I think.

Me either. I felt worse when Papa Bush lost in '92 to the Toon. This too shall pass. My biggest concern now is for our troops.
