The tightening is due to Richmond City returns. Have no fear - Allen will finish ahead by around 3000-5000 votes.

Yikes. Allen lost the last 9920 votes by 77.7% to 22.3%. The big city votes are coming in. I count 62,000 votes or so to go. If theses are from 78/22 Dem precincts Allen is dead. Hope that is not the case.
