I was in Canada this summer and had caribou for the first time ever. It was the best wild game I have ever tried. Yum!

I've had deer (got a freezer full right now) and moose, but never had caribou. I've heard it's good if it's cooked right. I've also heard it can be dry if you don't incorporate some gravy or basting or cook it in water/broth in a crock pot or something.

I'm no cook, but I know what I like! :-)
