well, who stayed home? look at some of these "heartland" congressional seats the Rs are losing in places like IN and KY. whose not voting in those districts? the RINOs?
Some would say the RINOs are out in force. I voted, but there are plenty of people out there who are righteously PO'd and they have good cause to be.
