I agree. But, it is a shame that Iraq has destroyed the Republicans in this election. The President really underestimated the MSM and the dems anti-American fervor. The President never could admit to himself that the dems would do anything, ANYTHING to get their power back including ensuring our loss in Iraq. After election 2004, he allowed the MSM and dems unrestricted, uninterrupted attack time that cut, cut, cut away at support for our efforts in Iraq.

[Its not Karl Roves fault that a dozen Republican congressmen are either taking bribes or emailing love notes to pages.]

True. It's the fault of hypocritical voters who reelect Democrats when SEVERAL dozen from their party take bribes, evade taxes, peddle influence, fundraise illegally and get caught in sex scandals which actually involve SEX.

All I can say is I'm proud to belong to a group like FR which supports candidates with high ethical and moral standards rather than some other groups which sell their souls on a daily basis for a chance to gloat once every eight years over some short term political gains.

I am very disappointed that we lost the House and unsure of the Senate right now. I find it amazing that Rove and Bush were telling us not to worry we are going to gain seats. Many FREEPERS were saying that too. I think that out of everything, the polls were correct alot this election. I shutter to say that but it is true.

Read the thread. WaPo and Fox withdrew calls for Cardin in Maryland. Steele's got a good shot.

Not true, so re-read my post. What I said is that if the dems take the house and senate I believe they will impeach. And they'll have enough public and media support to go through with it. Bush may remain in office, but I think this batch of dems is radical enough to impeach.
