I concur, isnt Allentown a republican area? Not really anymore. Although a co-worker(R) voted at that location. The turnout seems kind of light, hopefully a good sign for us.

Why did he have a paperweight in the first place? He was just the first on his block to have one!:)

I do construction. We get to use 40,000 lb excavators with demo shears to do it. It's an awesome feeling.

I wonder if they'll count his vote as a hanging chad.

Definitely a right-wing conspiracy and it's Bush's fault.

Hi All- While I don't know about Allentown proper, I know that Reading has an enormous population of lower-income Puerto Rican and Mexican residents. I would be inclined to think they have a large number of Democratic voters. Contrast this with the nearby Bucks County and Lancaster County areas which probably have a decent number of conservatives. Keep your fingers crossed for the Republican candidates in the great state of Pennsylvania.

Probably didn't like any of the candidates!
It is interesting though that they are concerned about the previous votes.
We had to fill in the circles. I joked that next time we would be dipping our fingers into the ink bottle.

That scene was so funny! What made it even funnier was the music being played in the background fit the scene so perfectly("DIE MOTHER@#%#ER, DIE MOTHER@#%#ER, DIE!").

Ya know, I would be happy to dip my finger into the ink bottle and wave it at those who don't vote. (Long as I get to choose the finger!)

Who wants to bet he was either union member and/or a state/school employee?

I long for the good old days, when voting was solemn and peaceful. Of course, there was a lot of fraud going on then, too.
