No story...just headline...
So A Raving Moonbat Democrat is alleging "Voter Intimidation"?
How much do you want to bet these folks are starting to see numbers that are sending them into a PANIC???
"ABC News has obtained an audio wave file of a phone message"
How convenient that this guy had the technology and know how so as to quickly provide ABC with an actual wav file.
Can anybody say "scam?"
Any thing brought up will be dealt with in a no-nonsense (that's the key) way by the courts.
There will be no weird partisan rulings to take to the Supremes.
Of course the media will eat up any charges and claims made. but PR is all that will come of it.
If the Dems steal this election they will have to do it through their traditionally successful corrupt practises, not the courts.
Two moves in Blumenauers office
Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.) has announced that Tim Daly will be his new legislative assistant working on Transportation Committee issues. Daly will also handle press.
During the 2002 election cycle, Daly worked as a finance director for the Washington-based Democratic consulting firm Fraioli and Associates. He interned in Rep. Michael McNultys (D-N.Y.) office in the spring of 2001.
Daly graduated from Shaker High School in Latham, N.Y., in 2000. He holds degrees in economics and government and politics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He graduated last spring. His hobbies include horse racing, college sports and Democratic politics. He served as student body president his senior year of college.
During his term, he worked with American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Union Local 1072, which had been trying for two years to negotiate a contract with the University of Maryland. Both exempt and nonexempt employees received their first contract as a result of Dalys efforts. He was then given the honor of speaking about his campaign at the AFSCME International Organizing Convention.
So the question should be asked....
Just where does Rep. Earl Blumenauer's (D-Ore.) legislative assistant declare his residency?
Just saw this on another thread.
This is going to be an interesting day.
I am with you... webb will be a smelly mess of poodle piddle!

Good to see you again. I'm betting on this being the same guy I found in the two links. How long until ABC tells us a little more about Mr. Daly? I know, I know... Well, if it does blow up any bigger, perhaps Drudge would be interested in pursuing this.
What do you bet ABC says they trace the wav and it is Rush Limbaugh?
It was also sent to mixed rural areas as well - I know, I got one!!!!
So far they've had one bomb threat that closed a polling place. Can't wait to see what the rest of the day brings in 'The Socialist Republik of Madistan.' *Rolleyes*
I just got done from pulling my shift at the polls. DH was Voter #190 at 7:30 am this morning, and I was #725 when I voted around 9am, so it's been busy, which bodes well for our side. They're predicting a 50-65% voter turn out in Dane County, which will meet or beat the Presidential race in 2004...and we all know how that turned out! :)
More than likely one dim calling another to cause a media story to be written.

Hee hee!

Posted by a rat infested MSM group.....don't believe it...
So THAT'S what DU is so upset about. Hah. Wait til those losers read the flyer. They are claiming blacks are being told not to vote by the RNC.
No Supreme Court. Not for a Senatorial election. It will stay in the Virginia federal court system. But it is a fairly conservative court system!!
The dimocrats have been planning to challenge the election for months, and we will never have another election without this childish BS.
Thank you Al Gore and Joe Leiberman.
I just read on the Drudge Report a Kentucky poll worker was arrested for chocking a voter.
