Parts of it are District 1, there was a big stink over redistricting awhile back.
That's where I used to live, and the districts are "all over the map" in Rio Rancho.
We never had any issues at polling places (I would vote at Independence High at Idalia and 528).
Plus, RR is pretty conservative overall. Look at the makeup of their school board.
