Voted in Gaithersburg, Maryland this morning about 9AM...nobody in line. very quick.

They checked driver's license for ID, you sign a computer generated slip, get a plastic card which activates your ballot.

Used the touch screen to vote straight GOP, and was out of there in 10 minutes.

You confirm my post - I voted up the road in G-town. After the initial flurry (it was lighter than usual) and fewer 'people of color' voting, it seemed to really drop off when I was leaving around 8 am...

PS - These are fairly heavy Democratic disticts O'Malley is counting on to beat Ehrlich. I don't think O'Malley is getting the Rat vote he needs.
