Spitzer's campaign manger face DWI charges

If Eliot Spitzer wins the gubernatorial election, one of his current aides won't be with him when he takes office. Campaign manager Ryan Toohey is facing DWI charges for an accident last month.
Spitzer has docked Toohey's pay by $45,000. The Democrat says Toohey won't be part of his transition team if he wins on Tuesday. Toohey's been with the Spitzer campaign for about a year.
Toohey was arrested on October 22 after a rollover accident on the Niagara Thruway near Buffalo.

He can only have been suspended for a month and campaign jobs end tomorrow. Is Spitzer paying this guy $45,000 a month?!
