Clinics ask how O'Reilly got abortion records (Clinic's Murdering babies)

TOPEKA, Kansas (AP) -- Two abortion clinics asked the state's highest court Monday to investigate Attorney General Phill Kline and Fox television's Bill O'Reilly over O'Reilly's statements that he had information from Kansas abortion records.

A Kline spokeswoman called the move "a political ploy."

The clinics' attorneys want the Kansas Supreme Court to seize records that Kline, an outspoken abortion opponent, obtained on 90 of the clinics' patients.

Kline received edited versions of the records from a district judge on October 24 after arguing he wanted to review the records for evidence of possible crimes including rape and illegal abortions.

The attorneys asked the court to appoint a special prosecutor to determine if O'Reilly's information came from the records turned over to Kline.

O'Reilly said Friday on his show "The O'Reilly Factor" that an inside source gave him information that a doctor at one of the clinics, George Tiller, had performed late-term abortions because patients were depressed. O'Reilly deemed it "executing babies."

Kline spokeswoman Sherriene Jones has said the attorney general doesn't know how O'Reilly obtained the information.

David Tabacoff, executive producer of "The O'Reilly Factor," issued a statement saying, "We stand by our story."

You can get just about anything these days off of the Internet. Kind of scary.

CNN doesn't care how the NYT got classified Pentagon secrets but let an abortion clinic leak a few details and all He11 breaks loose.

I admire O'Reilly's strong advocacy and I agree with his unswerving position on the murder of unborn children. However, I saw the piece in question and it looks to me like he screwed the pooch with his flippant remark about his own sources. Bill, why open up the good Attorney General to more trouble from the abortion lobby in Kansas? He's got enough problems as it is.

What say you, O'Reilly? Surely you knew that your remarks would draw fire to Mr. Kline, who is a noble fighter in the cause of innocent human life.

Evil just seethes when they are in the spotlight. I love it!!!!!!!!!!! Of course I love (sarc) how there is no denial just a smoke screen of 'how did they get the records!'. Caught red handed.

My thoughts exactly ... you don't see CNN proclaiming Bill O'Reilly's first amendment right to protect his sources.

I saw the segment where Bill talked about having sources inside the clinic. He had on Amy Richards that night. She thinks a 10 year old has a "right to privacy". She thinks a child can be done in at any point during the pregnancy--no problem. Remember Ms. Richards from a couple of years ago. She wrote an article proudly stating that she had offed two of the triplets in her womb because she didn't want to buy big jars of mayo at Costco:

When One (baby) Is Enough (ultimate in cold selfishness)

Oh yeah--national security no problem. Breach that all day long. But don't mess with the "Constitutional right" to kill unborn children. Now you're gonna have a fight.
