SC, Kelly's father is Ray Kelly, the current NYC police commissioner, and a rabid, foaming at the mouth liberal. He gave the commencement address at my niece's graduation from Marist College a few years ago, and it was such a hate-crazed anti-Republican screed that I almost walked out.
Thanks for that information. I did not know that about Ray Kelly. I had a similar experience with the speaker at one of my girls' honors convocation. I actually did walk out.
I knew who is Dad is but had no idea he was a flaming lib (I've only seen Ray on F&F as I recall). Greg did a good job in reporting as an embeded from Iraq. I've been very disappointed in him of late.
