Nope....my bet is around Christmas; at the latest...maybe New Year's Day.
Based upon what I've heard and I can't source it right now...but, the appeal has to be filed within 10 days from today. If the appeal is denied (which seems likely from what I'm understanding) then they have 30 days to carry out the sentence. So, 40 days from today, maybe?
