BAGHDAD, Iraq - Iraq's prime minister on Saturday urged his countrymen to accept the impending verdict against Saddam Hussein without violence, then in the next breath declared the former dictator must get "what he deserves" with the decision that could send him to the gallows.

That's right.....celebrated every year on November 5th by burning an effigy of him on a bonfire and setting off fire crackers like we do here on July 4th.

Daniel Ortega is the leftist candidate running for President of Nicaragua. Ortega was a dictator of Nicaragua when the Communist Sandinistas took over the country. Thanks to the efforts of US supported Anti-Communist forces, the Sandinistas were forced to allow elections. Thanks to the efforts of Communist Regimes such as Venezuela, as well as leftist in the United States, Nicaraguans may be fooled into trusting communist again.
Noriega was the cocaine dictator of Panama, last I heard he was still in Federal Prison after being captured by US Forces.

I didn't know that either! I am praying. I am also trying not to pay attention to FNW. What a pathetic excuse for a program. The premise was good, but it's just an awful program.

Only if Saddam is found not guilty. I'd have to do a handstand against the wall right between the short order counter and the sandwich bar...during lunch for maximum exposure. With a whole slew of troops in there. But I won't have to do it. Saddam's going down. ;-) Chena, please tell your son THANK YOU for me!Now I have TWO reasons to want Saddam to be found guilty and hung. Doing handstands during lunch makes it so difficult to swallow your meal. heh heh I'll pass on your thanks, Allegra.

How nice!!!!
I fear the Muslims in London might take umbrage at a Saddam being burned in effigy.

When U.S. troops used high volume heavy metal music to flush Panamanian dicator Manuel Noriega from the Vatican embassy in 1989, "Panama" was among the Van Halen tracks included in the sound barrage.

Speaking of food...
I have about a cup of cooked apples left and want to wrap it in some sort of pastry, just for myself while I'm waiting for the verdict. Any ideas?
