They're going to use DNA testing and court warrants to hunt down the leaky septic tanks...

So California, in a big fiscal disaster, wants to run DNA testing on Hollywood stars? Aside from the obvious "bend over and say Aaaah jokes, how are they going to get anyone to submit to a sample? Especially when all that sewage offshore has been "co-mingling" for who knows how long?

And who wants that job in the first place???
