Thanks for all your support.
Here is a picture of us terrorizing women and children in the dead of night after we kicked in some doors...
OK, maybe not...
Do they really look terrorized to you?

Well, you are a cute Dem. And, an East Coast boy at that. And, have a good heart. So, I can overlook the rest (wink).
If you'd like to have an older woman flirt with you, come on over to the FR Canteen. It's where we love to entertain and show our appreciation to the troops. We're there so all of you know that you are not alone.
And, that you for your service and sacifices. I am eternally grateful for all the military does for me and mine.

I look at these pictures with joy, but then I broke down crying out to the Lord, "please don't let the voters let these men and women who serve down. Please Lord, after all they've been through to bring freedom to Iraq, please don't let the rug be torn from under them in the last two years of this administration. I believe you gave us George Bush for just this time please don't let Your/his plans to combat terrorism be thwarted in the last two years of his presidency."
I don't know if I can make it to the polls tomorrow as I'm in need of a hip replacement and am working toward that end -- it's just very painful to get around now. Pray that I can be somewhat pain free tomorrow so I can go kick some Dem butt at the polls!
God Bless our Troops. God Bless and preserve our President. God give us a Congress and Senate that will see the job through and not "cut and run".....Amen!

Aw shucks, thanks for the compliment.
I'm still learning all the cool spots on this site. Gosh, my second day posting here and I already have made so many new friends. One thing though, the internet connection here in Iraq is really flakey and painfully slow. Please forgive me if I do not respond or reply right away.
OK, time for another misty moment.
I met this young man at the clinic one day. He had this unfortunate handicap which made it difficult for him to walk, but he was really strong in spirit. He spoke PERFECT English and had a great sense of humor.
Well, that day we brought a bunch of Soccer balls to hand out to the youngsters (They LOVE Soccer over here.) Each soldier had a soccer ball to give to one of the kids. As I passed this young boy his eyes lit up and he asked for one of the balls. Now I didn't expect that he would want one, nor even be able to use one. His hip was terribly deformed. I thought it would be terribly cruel to give him a toy which he couldn't play with. But he wanted a ball, so I was happy to make him smile...
To my amazement, this strong young fellow hopped off my lap and...
As it turns out, this young man will be travelling to the United States to receive an operation sometime this year. Another group (I am not sure which) has made this dream possible for him and his family. I didn't get his name, but I am sure we will be hearing more about his story again. I will keep you posted.

BTW, a USAF CMSgt is very high ranking NCO (E9). Equivalent to Army SgtMajor, Navy Master Chief Petty Officer, Marine Master Gunnery Sgt. It's a sure bet that he has plenty of other things to do and many responsibilities. I thought a Chiefs job was to make my life rough! Good on ya Chief Gebhart!

Some more evil soldiers, sailors, and Marines displaying the horrible torture of Iraqis that occurs daily whiole on patrol throughout the country.

Thank you so very much for these pictures. These are enough to bring tears to your eyes. Thank you so much for your service to our country. God bless you, and the rest of the U.S. military.
