Total of 115,000 as of right now, with 2,000 more expected to be added when the polls close in the next 2 hours.

I just talked to my mom. She is in line at the Meadows Place City Hall and says the line is long and everyone around her is for Gibbs. There have been Gibbs poll workers there all week to explain how to vote for her.

I voted there last Saturday. The line was not long, but everybody appeared to be spelling out somebody's name...

There is a very heavy turnout for Gibbs.

The write in is not difficult.

Her name is on a sheet of paper in the ballot booth.

Moreover, intent will be easy to discern if you vote for her on the special election, it is clear you are writing her in as well.

All Lampson can do now is send out literature to claim she is too liberal and the other write in candidate is too conserative, hoping to get us to split the GOP votes.

The early voting indicates a strong, motivated vote for Gibbs, who are willing to take a little extra time to vote and get the right person elected.
