If this is a real site set up by Texas or a government entity why is it a .com? Something does not smell right with this. The information when you get to the site was rather minimal.

This website is registered to the Texas Department of Information Resources in Austin. As I was watching camera 7 , two fishing boats sailed up the right-hand channel. The trailing one strangely did a 360 degree turn when it cleared into the main channel. A high speed boat pursued it and pulled up behind it. The fishing boat slowly moved to the right edge of the screen with the high speed slowly following. The resolution isn't good enough to see any red or blue strobes on the pursuing boat. But it did look like a patrol boat. Supposedly you can record these pictures and videos. I need to search for it on my drive. But this whole exercise could have some positive results.
