My October 5th E-Mail to the IAEA Regarding Saddam Re-Constructing His Nuclear Program
November 3rd 2006 | jveritas

Posted on 11/03/2006 11:23:55 AM PST by jveritas

On October 5th 2006 I sent the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) an e-mail requesting some answers to the findings I got from the captured Iraqi documents regarding Saddam Regime re-constructing their prohibited nuclear program. The findings were about Saddam regime rebuilding and re-using some of their nuclear labs and facilities like the RWTS (Radioactive Waste Treatment Station), Radio-Chemistry Laboratories, and the Degussa Furnaces which are used to melt Uranium and other nuclear activities.

Of course I did not receive any response from the IAEA but here we go today and read in the New York Times article that the IAEA has complained recently about US captured documents showing some sensitive nuclear information. The IAEA and the New York Times did not care about the documents showing Saddam regime re-constructing its nuclear program because these documents expose all the lies that they have been spreading in the last three years but they are rather focusing on a small released portion of Iraq 1996 FFCD (Full Final and complete disclosure) that relates to Iraq previous nuclear program.

I am not sure if the IAEA was not aware, before I sent them the e-mail, that the captured Iraqi documents were posted on the FMSO website but it seems they have reacted just recently about these documents and their reaction unfortunately was not to show Saddam re-building his nuclear programs as many documents prove but rather to blame the Bush administration for publishing part of Iraq 1996 FFCD which by the way was not such a secret document as the IAEA is pretending since this FFCD has been reviewed by experts of “Members Nations” and thus it can be subjected to leak regardless.

Below is my E-mail to the IAEA on October 5th regarding documents that reveal Saddam re-constructing his nuclear program:

Subject: Questions about Iraq (Saddam regime) Nuclear Activities/programs

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Joseph Shahda from Abington Massachusetts, USA. I have been translating some of the Iraqi documents (Saddam Hussein regime) captured after the Operation Iraqi Freedom and that are posted on the US Foreign Military Intelligence Service (FMSO) website (http://70.168.46.200/). Some of the documents I have reviewed so far are related to potential nuclear program activities. I would like some clarifications if possible to help me more understand these documents.

(1) Was Iraq allowed to re-build its Radioactive Waste Treatment System (RWTS)?

(2) Was Iraq allowed to re-build its Radiochemistry Laboratories?

(3) Was Iraq allowed to fix and re-use furnaces or ovens from ex-nuclear facilities?

I greatly appreciate if you can reply to my questions above. Thank you very much for all your help.

Sincerely;

Joseph Shahda

Abington, Massachusetts

U.S.A

"Oooh, nice little tidbit:
“Some intelligence officials feared that individual documents, translated and interpreted by amateurs, would be used out of context to second-guess the intelligence agencies’ view that Mr. Hussein did not have unconventional weapons or substantive ties to Al Qaeda.”
But I thought the whole point of putting them up was to uncover that link? Since when was it the agencies view that Saddam didn’t have WMD’s or ties to Al Qaeda? The day after we attacked?

I think this is the story in a nutshell. They wanted to shut you and others up, Joe.

One thing this says is that once again, our intel underestimated an enemy. According to the paper of record, Saddam was just one year away from having a nuke. There were marches every year in my city against the sanctions, and they were slowly being eroded. It was just a matter of time. This shows me once again how needed the war was.

I am writing a paper for a class arguing that Saddam had WMD and a significant relationship with al-Qaeda. These Iraqi documents would be extremely helpful for my paper. Did you or anyone you know download/copy all the documents before the site shut down? It would be best for the purposes of my paper to have exactly what was on the site before it got shut down. The paper is due towards the beginning of January so I probaby can't wait till they come back up.

Another of the treasonous coverups by the Treason Media is being exposed. Imagine hiding knowledge from Americans of the intentions and actions of Saddam which endanger Americans. But enemity towards George Bush trumps any tendency to loyalty to the United States.

Can anyone recall such treasonous activities by Americans at any time or place in history as the Treason Media has perpetrated since 11/2000?

I do not think liberals and their media have been more treasonous and more hateful than they have ever been in particular for the last five years. It is really shocking to see how low can these traitors go, really shoking.

I read that Congressman Hoekstra is hinting some of the documents the Times whined about were internal IAEA documents...

Did the congressman real say this? I have some good news for him. I found and downloaded a while ago an Iraqi document that talks about Saddam Intelligence service spying on the IAEA and get some of the IAEA research documents!

We have enough on the IAEA to clean it out... will they listen on the hill? I'm in... digging right now. Liars don't begin to describe them.

As you know, they collaborated on the 2004 surprise as well... same sources.

Did you notice that the liberal media did not go crazy with the New York Times article? I think they have realized that the New York Times article plays very much into our hands and on our strong turf.

You're so right about the media and the rest of the traitors. I can't stand to listen to them any more. They have become America's worst enemies - the enemy within.

Thank you so much for all you do for our wonderful country. I'm amazed at all you do. May God bless and keep you safe, Jveritas.
