On October 5th 2006 I sent the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) an e-mail requesting some answers to the findings I got from the captured Iraqi documents regarding Saddam Regime re-constructing their prohibited nuclear program. The findings were about Saddam regime rebuilding and re-using some of their nuclear labs and facilities like the RWTS (Radioactive Waste Treatment Station), Radio-Chemistry Laboratories, and the Degussa Furnaces which are used to melt Uranium and other nuclear activities.
Of course I did not receive any response from the IAEA but here we go today and read in the New York Times article that the IAEA has complained recently about US captured documents showing some sensitive nuclear information. The IAEA and the New York Times did not care about the documents showing Saddam regime re-constructing its nuclear program because these documents expose all the lies that they have been spreading in the last three years but they are rather focusing on a small released portion of Iraq 1996 FFCD (Full Final and complete disclosure) that relates to Iraq previous nuclear program.
I am not sure if the IAEA was not aware, before I sent them the e-mail, that the captured Iraqi documents were posted on the FMSO website but it seems they have reacted just recently about these documents and their reaction unfortunately was not to show Saddam re-building his nuclear programs as many documents prove but rather to blame the Bush administration for publishing part of Iraq 1996 FFCD which by the way was not such a secret document as the IAEA is pretending since this FFCD has been reviewed by experts of Members Nations and thus it can be subjected to leak regardless.
Below is my E-mail to the IAEA on October 5th regarding documents that reveal Saddam re-constructing his nuclear program:

Subject: Questions about Iraq (Saddam regime) Nuclear Activities/programs
Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Joseph Shahda from Abington Massachusetts, USA. I have been translating some of the Iraqi documents (Saddam Hussein regime) captured after the Operation Iraqi Freedom and that are posted on the US Foreign Military Intelligence Service (FMSO) website (http://70.168.46.200/). Some of the documents I have reviewed so far are related to potential nuclear program activities. I would like some clarifications if possible to help me more understand these documents.
(1) Was Iraq allowed to re-build its Radioactive Waste Treatment System (RWTS)?
(2) Was Iraq allowed to re-build its Radiochemistry Laboratories?
(3) Was Iraq allowed to fix and re-use furnaces or ovens from ex-nuclear facilities?
I greatly appreciate if you can reply to my questions above. Thank you very much for all your help.
Sincerely;
Joseph Shahda

U.S.A
You are very welcome. If you read it closely and then follow up on the 'detailed' reports the IAEA gave to the UN leading up to the war, you will find that it is full of lies and ommissions!

They did not call and I do not expect them to. I do not think they have been really interested in knowing the important finds in these documents.
jveritas - I'll kick the butt of anyone that messes with you - as I'm sure all FReepers would. Thank you for all that you have done. We are all much more informed thanks to you!
By the way I just posted an article that show a website which tells in great details how to design and engineer a nuclear weapon. The New York Times and the IAEA are liars.
Salman Pak really had a double decker bus?
Way to go. Excellent work, thanks.
BUMP!
major bump
So, in other words, someone at the IAEA blabbed to the NYT. Between the two of them they came up with the phony excuse that nuclear bomb building instructions were posted at the government site because it was obvious you were finding evidence the IAEA and the NYT didn't want you to find. It was a way to stop you and anyone else from translating the documents. The truth is not on the agenda of the NYT or the IAEA.
Thanks for all your hard work. I have been following the Saddam Document translations from the start. Thanks again for keeping US in the KNOW. Too bad the MSM won't listen. Keep it up and Stay Safe
Can you post what you posted here over at Michelle Malkin's hotair.com?

I read that Congressman Hoekstra is hinting some of the documents the Times whined about were internal IAEA documents....and maybe we need to ask someone in IAEA how Saddams regime came upon them..
This is unbelievable. I am so glad you saved this and grateful you shared it with us.
As always, thanks for all of your hard work.
You are welcome :)
